would happily go back again
The room had a private bathroom with nice towels and a flat-screen TV. Loved the comfy bed and view of Zugspitze from my balcony. Breakfast was a fresh spread of bakery rolls, cheeses, and fruits. The location was super close to the bus stop, making it easy for exploring Eibsee. The atmosphere was cozy with traditional Bavarian decor.

My stay at Franziskaner was a delight. The breathtaking mountain views from my room made each morning magical. Christian's warm hospitality and the delicious breakfast added a special touch. However, the sound from neighboring rooms disrupted my rest. Overall, a charming experience!

Stunning views of Zugspitze.
I was appalled by the lack of basic toiletries in the room. only a bar of soap was provided. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since there were no nearby shops to purchase what I needed. Additionally, the shared balcony was an absolute nightmare—completely devoid of lights and privacy, making it uncomfortable to use at night.

I had a cozy double room and it felt really comfortable. The Bavarian decor was charming, and my favorite part was the spacious balcony with stunning mountain views. The bathroom layout was clever, maximizing space. Only downside was I wished it was a bit more soundproof. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

Stunning mountain views, cozy room with character, complimentary local transport access
Noise from adjacent rooms can be quite disruptive!!! Additionally, the lack of toiletries beyond soap is an inconvenience. A more modern touch, like hairdryers and better Wi-Fi, would certainly enhance the guest experience!!!
