The room had a private bathroom with nice towels and a flat-screen TV. Loved the comfy bed and view of Zugspitze from my balcony. Breakfast was a fresh spread of bakery rolls, cheeses, and fruits. The location was super close to the bus stop, making it easy for exploring Eibsee. The atmosphere was cozy with traditional Bavarian decor.

The host provided exceptional service, accommodating my room request for a balcony and giving helpful tips on local transport. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a generous spread including delicious marmalade and fresh rolls. The clean, spacious room made for a comfortable stay, and the free bus tickets were a fantastic bonus for exploring the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zum Franziskaner! The Bavarian style atmosphere was charming and made me feel right at home. The staff, especially Mr Christian, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my trip feel special. Plus, my room had a spacious balcony with breathtaking views that were perfect for soaking in the scenery.

I was appalled by the lack of basic toiletries in the room. only a bar of soap was provided. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since there were no nearby shops to purchase what I needed. Additionally, the shared balcony was an absolute nightmare—completely devoid of lights and privacy, making it uncomfortable to use at night.

I had a cozy double room and it felt really comfortable. The Bavarian decor was charming, and my favorite part was the spacious balcony with stunning mountain views.
